Sanitizing Detergent
A favourite cleanser for brewing equipment. Use 1 teaspoon per liter of water to sanitize equipment. Allow equipment to soak for at least 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. Soak heavily stained equipment up to 48 hours. Store in a dry place.
