How does OUR wine service work?

We offer a Ferment on Premise service, where we professionally assist and enable customers to craft and ferment their wine on-site. With a diverse selection of over 100 wine types from regions around the world, the process typically takes 4-6 weeks and yields 23 liters of wine, equivalent to approximately 30 standard bottles. It's a fun, easy, and cost-effective way to create your own wine, with each bottle costing as little as under $6!

  • Choose from over 100+ varietals. We're confident you can find a match for your favorite wine, or we can suggest something that suits your palate.

  • After selecting the type of wine you'd like to make, schedule a quick initial appointment to kickstart the wine-making process, which can be completed in as little as 5 minutes! We will also arrange a bottling appointment for you to return and collect your wine.

  • Over the next 4-8 weeks (the exact time depends on the varietal chosen), we will professionally ferment, rack, and filter your wine, preparing it for bottling.

  • At your bottling appointment, we'll meticulously sanitize the wine bottles, expertly fill and cork them using our state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring a quick and seamless process. Additionally, you can add a personal touch with shrink wraps and labels to complete the wine-making process.

Affordable doesn't mean inferior. At our establishment, we've achieved competitive prices by bypassing the middlemen. When you craft your own wine with us, the grape juice you use is taxed as produce, saving you money. Rest assured, our wine's quality stands shoulder-to-shoulder with offerings at LCBO, ensuring a delightful experience that doesn't break the bank.

It’s not about the price, it’s about the value.

  • The process is both simple and enjoyable. How many people can say they've participated in the creation of their own wine? Crafting your wine with us is not only fun but also an effective means of countering the rising prices in traditional retail stores.

  • Having the option to reuse your wine bottles will significantly contribute to reducing our carbon footprint.

  • We use 1/7 of preservatives compared to most of the wines found in retail!
